We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our agile team to ensure the upholding of Scrum principles and manage the delivery life cycle of the products.This role requires a highly motivated agile coach that can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, ensure the team delivers planned worked and assist the Product Owner in delivering valuable features to the customers

• Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolutions.
• Facilitate agile activities and meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint demo and sprint reviews.
• Assisting the product owner to in backlog refinement and focusing on the team on the product vision.
• Supporting cross-team coordination.

• Proven experience in an Agile software environment.
• Certified of CSM or any equivalent certification.
• Passionate about ideologies like Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup etc.
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
• Solid understanding the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

• Solid understanding of JIRA, Confluence and continuous integration
