Work with product and tech to build and optimize our reporting and analytics infrastructure, improve focus and strategy with insights and feedback.

• Build reports and dashboards to show case success metrics and KPIs across the organization

• Create new queries and reporting tables , define new metrics and work with data engineering to capture required data points

• Provide analysis and insights to support in defining team strategy, evaluate success of features and analyze A/B test to guide the iteration process of the team

• Support the team in structuring experiments , problem solving , OKR planning and play an active role in ongoing discovery of new opportunities

Required

• Excellent SQL skills

• Excellent Problem solving skills and Analytics Skills (able to break down problems in structured data driven frameworks and provide actionable insights)

• Statistics knowledge Required

• 2 Years experience in a data driven role

Highly preferred

• STEM background

• Tableau skills or any similar tool

• Experience in a tech startup
