• Growth Product Manager

  • About The Role

    The Growth Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives focused on unlocking remarkable experiences for our global audience. You will drive strong decision-marketing through quantitative results and AB testing, and qualitative research and customer insights.

    What you will do

    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop a strategy for product development, implementation, and rollout
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to develop a roadmap of projects that reflects business priorities, budget/cost, and timing
    • Collaborate with marketing to adapt landing pages and messaging for specific markets
    • Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, and designers to ship high-quality experiences
    • Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies).
    • Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.
    • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
    • Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
    • Assess product market data by visiting restaurants and evaluating sales call results.
    • Maintains product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

    What you should have

    • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Product Manager
    • Deep knowledge of the user journey across multiple devices.
    • Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
    • Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.
    • Ability to operate under deadlines while maintaining multiple projects.
    • Previous experience with SaaS products
