  • About The Role

    Reporting to: Marketing Director

    Brief description: As a Content Marketing Manager you'll create compelling content that amplifies the unique value proposition of Eat App's SaaS product. Eat App is redefining how restaurants manage reservations and guests, and has a global footprint in over 40 countries. We need your help to reach a wider audience, build community and take a central role in our lead generation operation.

    What you will do

    • Develop and create a variety of original content like blog posts, webinars, case studies, and emails aligned with buyer personas and product use cases.
    • Lead editorial and other content initiatives for Eat App's online presence.
    • Foster community in the restaurant space with customer-focused content (eg. interviews, webinars, etc).
    • Edit, optimize, and manage the publishing of content of other members of the team and external writers.
    • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key content goals, such as growing organic traffic and increasing lead conversion rates.
    • Use a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of the product to align content to business goals.
    • Contribute to the Eat App social media strategy.

    What you should have

    Experience & Skills

    • 5 years of experience in content marketing and/or inbound methodologies.
    • Experience developing and creating customer-driven content
    • Experience creating video content a plus
    • Experience in content creation within B2B SaaS companies or Hospitality/F&B Sector a bonus.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to engage readers with riveting content.
    • The ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback.
    • Native English speaker and writer.
    • Experience using Hubspot a plus but not required.
