• Works with a hands-on technical mindset
• Works closely with VP of Engineering and Tech leads to establish collaborative and scalable solutions for the application, data, and network layers
• Works side-by-side with other teams (product/backend/frontend/mobile/QA/Design) to help scale the product and platform in a uniform direction
• Researches, designing, implementing new technologies and methods
• Possess excellent attention to detail
• Possess excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Resolves complex technical issues
• Adheres to high-quality development principles within the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Executes work both independently and collaboratively

Technical Requirements:

• Track record working in a scaling product company 2yrs+
• Senior Ruby experience - 4yrs+
• Excellent PostgresSQL skills
• AWS / DevOps experience
• Should have agile team experience
• Should have user feedback-driven experience
