    About The Role

    We are looking for an In-House Sales Representative responsible for helping qualify in-bound restaurant leads that are interested in Eat App. You will be responsible for reviewing daily lead queues, qualifying leads via research, making outbound calls/emails to schedule appointments for the sales reps, and tracking and reporting daily activity to follow up on leads. The position will be expected to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

     

    Eat’s sales team is responsible for acquiring the best restaurants restaurants in our geography, to help them utilize our world class front-of-house management and online reservation technology. We are looking for in-house sales professionals who are passionate about growth, the restaurant industry and Food Tech.

    Responsibilities

    • Review Inbound Lead Que (we have approx. 200 leads a month that get in touch with us). 
    • Review lead contact information and other details to "Qualify" leads. 
    • Use research tools such as Rapportive and Hubspot to research leads.
    • Set up meetings for front line sales reps. Your performance will very likely be tied to the amount of "quality" meetings you setup per month. 
    • Maintain a pipeline of leads. 
    • Utilize HubSpot to stay organized, forecast sales activity, etc.
    • Strategically overcome objections and competition.
    • Consistently over achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
    • Understand and adapt to eat's ongoing product and technology developments.

    About You

    • 1-2 years work experience as a sales representative, in-house sales representative, or relevant role.
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders "ability to have a great pitch".
    • Knowledgeable about the restaurant business and is able to leverage this to talk about customer issues from multiple dimensions.
    • Responsible and responsive (replies to emails in timely and professional manner).
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative.
    • Capacity to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently.
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
