    About The Role

    We are looking for a talented content marketing executive to assist the marketing team with content creation and social media management. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. For this position, it’s also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.


    • Managing and creating content for consumer facing website and blog
    • Development of content strategy in partnership with marketing team
    • Creating and designing email marketing content that is in line with brand guidelines
    • Executing targeted activation and retention campaigns for app and web products
    • Creating Social Media content and nurturing followers
    • Liaising with account management team to ensure all content is in line with client requests
    • Develop and maintain content calendar to ensure deadlines are met
    • Edit, proofread and improve content
    • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
    • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email/ newsletter distribution.

    About You

    • Creative marketing professional, with a writing background
    • 2-3 years relevant work experience
    • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools and best practices
    • Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Ability to write in Arabic is a plus.
    • Writing experience within an F&B context is preferred
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative
    • Must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels
    • Capacity to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently
    • Understanding of web publishing and CMS systems
    • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
    • Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Basic HTML skills an advantage
